Marcus is Managing Partner of SPORTHEADS, being the industry specialist for Strategy Consulting and Executive Search. He advises clients in the areas of strategy and corporate growth, digitalization, and M&A, as well as organizational design and recruitment. SPORTHEADS works with Clubs, Leagues, Federations, Agencies, TechCompanies and Services Providers as well as Start-ups, Founders and Young Companies. Marcus is a guest lecturer at the Hochschule Fresenius in Munich since 2014.
Prior to that, Marcus had been working as a Management Consultant since 2010 with a strong focus on Media and Sports. Starting his professional career in 1998 he gained extensive corporate experience from Constantin Medien AG and KirchGroup with several senior management positions from Corporate Development and Strategy, to M&A and Internal Consulting.
